Previously a member of the Ohio REALTORS President's Sales Club, we’ve earned the Top 5 % National Sales Excellence Award, Quality Service Award, and was recognized as Mega Million Dollar Producers. In just 3 months with Keller Williams we earned the 2021 Sales Award as Multi Million Dollar producers.

We believe that much of our success is based on the relationships we have developed over the years which include our friends, previous clients who are now our friends, ‘friends’ of friends and family. Working with our relocation sellers and buyers has been an added bonus, and many of these connections have continued beyond our clients’ moves. Networking with other business owners, making connections, and developing trust is what it is all about!
We consider our clients an extension of our family. Representing them is not only our job, but it’s also our privilege. We’re striving for “win-win” situations with every transaction.

We would like to share a bit of our backstory. Dino has had his real estate license since 2000. Diane became a licensed Realtor® in 1992, worked in the business for six years and left to raise her four sons. She later decided to rekindle her real estate career and was relicensed in 2014. Dino grew up in Northfield Village, and he raised his two children in the Nordonia Hills area where he resided for 50 years.

We both have successful records as entrepreneurs. Dino operated a stand at the West Side Market which was in his family for over 90 years. When that stand closed, he was inspired to become a Realtor®. Dino is a natural when it comes to negotiating, just ask our clients. Diane ran a thriving direct sales business for 10 years. Diane is a lifelong resident of northeastern Ohio who grew up in Bedford and raised her boys in the Nordonia Hills area. Diane’s passion for helping people is a huge part of what inspired her to get back into the real estate business. She loves helping senior citizens transition into their next home and is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Working with seniors and their families is an area especially near and dear to Diane since she navigated the ins and outs of helping her own mom rightsize into a senior living community in recent years. From helping first-time homebuyers to assisting seniors and everyone in between, this is what fuels her passion for why she does what she does daily.

We decided to create The Gentille Team when we joined Keller Williams Chervenic Realty in September 2021. Deciding to partner with Keller Williams, whose culture is based on God, Family and Business (and in that order), aligns with our belief system as well. Our office is located in Northfield Center, Ohio. A quote from Mother Teresa best sums up who we are as a team “Love begins at home, and it is not how much we do, but how much love we put in the action that we do.”

Being able to work together in this awesome business also leaves us more time to spend with our blended family. We are so proud of our growing family which consists of six adult children and their significant others, as well as our grandchildren, who bring us unlimited joy. Our daily doses of humor, love and balance help to keep us centered and to have fun, one day at a time!

We are blessed with an amazing team that includes licensed agents Sue Horrigan and Cassidy Prosen. We consider ourselves a ‘bonus family.’ We treat each other as extensions of our own families, and it’s important to us that our clients feel the same.
